Each month, we host a Member Appreciation Day (MAD) for our members. These events feature a live DJ, complimentary snacks and drinks, and a special herbal gift to show our gratitude for your membership. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our community!

If you need assistance with your membership or have any questions, we have a dedicated concierge at each location to support you. Additionally, you can always call the store and someone will be available to help with any questions that arise outside of your store visits.

Open to anyone 21 and older with a valid state ID, our Elevated Society welcomes all! Whether you're a college student, wellness enthusiast, or simply enjoy visiting often, this botanical wellness lounge is designed for you. Join us for monthly visits or become a regular—everyone is welcome!

For your convenience, there are a few ways to join the Elevated Society: Sign up online through the Bookstore Gallery website. Create your profile, complete a quick survey so we can tailor the experience to your needs, and pay easily with a credit card at checkout. Sign up in-store, where a dedicated concierge will walk you through the process, including the survey. You can pay for your membership using card only. Contact your virtual Elevated society Concierge via phone or email. They’ll guide you through the entire sign-up process, making it simple to secure your membership.

The Bookstore Gallery Membership Policy is a document that lists all types of important information like canceling a membership or renewing one. Code of conduct and lots more. If you no longer wish to participate in the Elevated Society or receive membership benefits, you may cancel your membership at any time.
